Who Hybrid is for

You want ABOSS running your business, but you've got an operator who can own the day-to-day once it's set up. Hybrid is the implementation-plus-training tier: we stand up ABOSS against your stack, train your operator on Claude Code and the engine, then hand off with a retainer that keeps us a phone call away when something needs adjustment.

What's included

• Remote or onsite install — we deploy ABOSS to your infrastructure, configure integrations against your actual tools, and wire in the workflows that matter for your business. Onsite if you're local to the PatriotAgentic geography; otherwise remote.
• Full ABOSS module set — every workflow and integration in the product. Not the starter subset; the whole thing.
• Operator training on Claude Code tooling — your designated operator learns the engine from the inside. We walk through the codebase, the prompt library, and the day-to-day ops loop so they can drive without us.
• Five included dev hours per month — covered under the monthly retainer. Roll over one month if unused.
• Standard support — email + scheduled Slack huddles. Response within one business day.

What's not included

• Priority 24/7 support (Premier tier)
• Onsite SDR workflow setup (Premier tier)
• Unlimited dev time (Premier retainer is 10 hrs/mo; beyond that, both tiers invoice at the standard hourly)

Implementation flow

1. Discovery call — 45 minutes. We map your current stack, workflows, and the two or three outcomes you most want ABOSS to drive.
2. Scope + contract — we lock the install scope, target date, and operator training plan. Typical end-to-end: 3–5 weeks.
3. Install — onsite or remote. We deploy the engine, configure integrations, and run through the installed workflows with your operator.
4. Training — two to three sessions covering Claude Code basics, the ABOSS prompt library, and the operational playbook.
5. Handoff — your operator runs day-to-day. We stay on retainer for monthly check-ins, adjustments, and new workflow development.

Upgrade path

Moving to Premier is a scope conversation, not a replatform — same engine, we take over the operational seat. Downgrade to DIY is also supported if your operator outgrows us: we set up self-hosted read access to your existing configuration and step back.
