Who Premier is for

You want ABOSS to run your business and you want us running ABOSS. Premier is the done-for-you tier: we install onsite, own the operational seat, keep the engine tuned against your outcomes, and give you a direct line when priorities shift. If your time is worth more than learning the tooling, Premier is the tier.

What's included

  • Onsite install and training — we show up, stand up the environment against your tools, run the workflows end-to-end with your team, and leave with everyone trained on what ABOSS is doing for them.
  • All ABOSS modules — every workflow, every integration, including the Premier-exclusive SDR workflow.
  • Priority support — direct channel to the engineering team. Same-day response on weekdays; escalation path on weekends for outage-class issues.
  • Ten included dev hours per month — covered under the retainer. Used for adjustments, new workflows, integration tuning, and the small-but-urgent work that accumulates in any real operation.
  • SDR workflow — included at this tier only. Automated outbound lead qualification tuned to your ICP, running against your CRM and email stack.

What's not included

  • Nothing material. Premier is the full product plus us operating it. If something's genuinely missing, raise it in the monthly review and we'll scope it under the retainer or as a separate engagement.

Engagement flow

  1. Discovery call — 60 minutes. We cover current state, operational pain, budget context, and the two or three Premier-level outcomes you're buying.
  2. Scope + contract — one-time install fee plus monthly retainer. Travel and expenses billed separately. Typical end-to-end setup: 4–6 weeks from signed contract to live operation.
  3. Onsite install — two to three days at your location. Environment provisioned, integrations live, workflows validated against real data, team walked through the ops loop.
  4. First 30 days — daily check-ins, tuning, workflow adjustments. SDR workflow comes online once core ABOSS is stable.
  5. Ongoing — monthly review, quarterly strategic session, priority support in between. Ten retainer hours per month absorb the normal flow of adjustments; anything larger gets scoped.

Downgrade path

If your operation matures into wanting to own the seat, Hybrid is the step-down. We keep the retainer smaller, cut training sessions for your incoming operator, and hand off the ops loop. Your ABOSS instance doesn't change — only who's driving.

For most Premier customers, yes. Adjustments, tuning, and new workflow development are typically 4 to 8 hours per month. The remaining budget absorbs the occasional urgent request. Anything substantially larger gets scoped separately.

Yes — that's the Hybrid downgrade path. We train your incoming operator, shrink the retainer, and hand off the ops loop. Your ABOSS instance doesn't change.
