Which ABOSS tier is right for me?

Three quick signals: who's operating it, how involved you want to be, and your budget shape. If you're technical and want to self-host, DIY. If you have a capable operator but want us to implement and train, Hybrid. If you want it handled end-to-end with onsite install, Premier. What does Premier onsite setup actually include?

Two to three days at your location. We provision the environment against your real infrastructure, wire in integrations with your existing tools, validate workflows against live data, and walk your team through the operational loop. Travel and expenses are billed separately from the one-time install fee.

Question 3

What happens during a Hybrid implementation?

Accepted Answer

Three to five weeks from signed contract to live operation. Remote or onsite install depending on geography, full configuration against your stack, and two to three training sessions that teach your operator how ABOSS runs day-to-day. The retainer starts when we hand off, not when we start.

Question 4

Can I start with DIY and upgrade later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Any monthly DIY subscription credits toward your first Hybrid or Premier invoice. Your self-built ABOSS instance migrates cleanly; we layer the higher-tier features on top rather than replatforming.

Question 5

What's the refund and cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

DIY cancels anytime from the customer portal; access ends at the close of the current billing period. Hybrid and Premier run on signed contracts with explicit notice terms — typically 30 days. One-time install fees are non-refundable once implementation begins.

Who owns the code and data?

Accepted Answer

You do. ABOSS runs on your infrastructure (DIY and Hybrid) or on infrastructure you own with us as the operator (Premier). Your data never leaves your environment. For DIY, the code you clone from the private repo is yours to modify; core engine updates flow through the repo as long as your subscription is active.

How do updates work across tiers?

All three tiers get the same core engine updates. DIY pulls from the repo on their own cadence. Hybrid customers get update guidance in the monthly check-in and can self-apply or scope a session under retainer hours. Premier updates are rolled into the operational cadence — you don't think about them.
